Tuesday night’s meeting was a very busy meeting. Our Speaker was Cherilyn Fleming from the RC of Encounter Bay. Our visiting Rotarian was Bron Anderson. The Staff from the Middleback Art’s Centre were also there to receive their Certificate of appreciation.

It was with great pleasure that President Mic presented Ryan Sutherland, Manager of the Middleback Art’s Centre with a certificate of appreciation for all the wonderful work she does helping our Club. Pictured with Ryan are Michal Hughes and Lisa from the MAC.
President Mic then went on to present our latest member to the Club, Judy Keith with her Rotary folder.
Guest Rotarian Bron Anderson was working in Whyalla and decided to come and have dinner with us. Bron is the Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Gawler Light.
Finally, our speaker tonight was Cherilyn Fleming from the Rotary Club of Encounter Bay. Cherilyn talked to us about Rotarians Against Malaria (RAM).
RAM is a volunteer-run organisation working to eliminate malaria. RAM is a project of the 21 Australian Rotary Districts under Rotary Australia World Community Service (RAWCS) ltd.
