Hey, thanks to everyone who supported our End Polio 'Ride Like A Girl movie event at the Middleback Arts Centre last Friday. Thanks to our major sponsor Westland Leading Edge Jewellers who provided a gift voucher of $300 for our raffle.
We raised over $700 which is matched 2 for 1 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation so overall a sum of $2,100 goes to save children from Polio. Two drops of the vaccine cost only 10c, so that's 21,000 children saved from this terrible virus
