Events Coordinator with Whyalla City Council

Alyce is currently the Events Coordinator at Whyalla City Council and has a diverse background throughout legal, event, and marketing departments. She has worked in a variety of sectors and previously produced events in Manchester, UK for the international real estate market.

Born in Whyalla, Alyce and her family were always involved in the sporting community especially hockey, soccer, and dancing. That hasn’t changed since her return, although Alyce has hung up the hockey stick she is heavily involved in the dance community coaching at Whydale Calisthenics Club and running her own dance classes on the side. Events have always been a passion of hers, she enjoys articulating the details and fine-tuning them to produce something that everyone can enjoy. No two events will ever be the same, they’re a great way to connect with people and showcase the wonderful City we have to offer.
